Maksym Nefyodov

First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine

Mr. Nefyodov has impressive experience in investments and corporate finances. He started his career as an analyst at the Kyiv-based M&A boutique Golden Gate Business and later on moved to the position of a senior associate at the Investment and Banking Department at the Dragon Capital, the largest Ukrainian investment bank. Starting from 2008 he became a director of the same unit and led the FIG and TMT teams to over a dozen signed mandates and 5 closed deals.

Prior to his appointment as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in February 2015, Mr. Nefyodov served as Managing Partner at the private equity fund ICON Private Equity, managing approximately $1 bn of investments in Ukraine, Russia and Europe.

On November 18, 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Maxim Nefyodov as the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

His present responsibilities include public procurement reform, removing technical barriers to trade, foreign trade regulations, donor coordination and the project of electronic sales of state property ProZorro. Sales.

Maxim Nefyodov holds a Master’s degree in economics with distinction from the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Yevgeniy Kapinus

The State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

Yevgeniy Kapinus received a degree at Cherkassy Institute for Management in the field of management in economics (2000). He continued his research career and obtained a degree as a candidate of science for public management at the Ukrainian Academy for Public Management at the President of Ukraine. He was awarded the honorable title “Merited Economist of Ukraine”.

In 2003 Mr. Kapinus started his service as the chief consultant at the department for structural changes and market infrastructure of the Administration of the President of Ukraine. Starting from 2005 he occupied a number of leading positions at the Head Service for Social and Economic Development of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine.

Yevgeniy Kapinus was the advisor of the Vice Prime Minister at the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2010 and 2011. Afterwards he was a coordinator and the deputy head of the Coordination Center for Economic Reforms at the President of Ukraine.

In 2015 Mr. Kapinus was appointed as the head of the Coordination Center for Cooperation with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

On April 29, 2016, Yevgeniy Kapinus was designated the Deputy Minister of Finance and the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Finance.

On February 14. 2017, Yevgeniy Kapinus was designated the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance.

Tetiana Ostrikova is the member of parliament of Ukraine of the 8th convocation. Member of the parliamentary faction Samopomich Union and parliamentary committee on Tax and Custom policy.

As an MP she is expert in international trade, tax and custom issues, criminal justice issues.

She is also the member of the Intra-faction Deputies Union 'Deputy Control' and the Ukraine National Association of Lawyers.

The revenues to the state budget from the company's activities since 2016 amounted to more than 300 million hrn.

During the year, the enterprise transferred more than 30 thousand items of property to social and military institutions on a no-cost basis.

On September 6, 2017 the world's first auction system using innovative cryptographic technology Blockchain was presented and it was introduced by the state enterprise "SETAM". BlockChain technology makes it possible to completely eliminate any opportunities for manipulating the data. However, any participant of the auction will be able to verify that the data about him were entered into the database without changes.

Christos is specialized in corporate and private clients’ tax issues with an international dimension, such as private equity structuring, cross-border investments, structured finance and international trade.

Christos is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC), and an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). He qualified with KPMG (Cyprus) and holds a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) of the CIOT. Born November 14, 1974 in Kryvyi Rih. Graduated from school rewarded with silver medal. In 1997 he received a higher education at the Faculty of Radio Engineering, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He started his telecommunication business even in his student years. In 1999-2000 was was doing an internship at EutelSat (France). In 2004, he graduated from the Institute of Telecommunication Management at TEMIC (Canada). At 22, he headed the satellite company "STS". He was directly involved in the creation of the Datasat operator and headed the company until the date of the formation of Datagroup. Since 2003, Alexander Danchenko has been the CEO of Datagroup and has been managing the company since its inception.

In 2014, Alexander Danchenko left the post of Director General due to his election as a people's deputy to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appearing on the political party list of “Samopomich”

According to the results of the parliamentary vote, he was elected the Head of the Committee on Informatization and Communications.

Lyudmyla Rubanenko

Lyudmila Rubanenko was born on October 5, 1955 in Belarus. She started her carrier in 1978 as an economist at the Kharkov motor-car manufacturing plant “Serp i Molot", after graduating with honors from the Economics Department of the Kharkov Institute of Railway Transport.

At the beginning of 1994, after passing the auditor exams, headed the Audit Firm "Kharkov", which today is the main enterprise of the corporation of intellectual business Consulting Group "Rubanenko and Partners."

Having certificates of the auditor, tax consultant, international accountant, actively participates in public activities as the president of the Association of Ukrainian Experts, a member of the Board - the leader of the expert group of the Union of Tax Advisers of Ukraine, the member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Auditors of Ukraine.

During many years of active work within the Accounting Methodology Council and the Council on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, she has been working to implement IFRS in Ukraine and to develop methodological recommendations for the application of national accounting standards.

For several years has been directly involved in the elaboration and improvement of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Regularly participates in international conferences on improving tax legislation in Brussels, Vienna, London, Prague, Warsaw, St. Petersburg, Amsterdam, Wroclaw.

Ms. Rubanenko is the Honored Economist of Ukraine.
